Our fall, short-term study: “Untangle Your Emotions,” will meet each Tuesday for six sessions, ending on October 22.
“Learn what it means to live an emotionally healthy life with Jennie Allen as she guides you through your own tangled up emotions and helps you discover how they actually help you notice what’s wrong and connect with God and others more deeply.”
By the end of our time together you should be able to: identify unhealthy coping skills, learn a biblical step-by-step method to help you notice, name and process what you’re feeling; and learn to talk about your emotions to create a more meaningful connection with God, yourself, and those God puts in your life.
