Sandy Hook Duck Race
Saturday, May 27th

A fun day exploring all of the opportunities in Sandy Hook.  Our United Methodist Men will again “man” their popular Food Booth. And our youth will have delicious Strawberry Shortcake available to the public.  If you would like to help in any way, please contact either Steve Agnew or Brendan Fox.

Water Filters for Haiti

Our mission team of Pastor Lori Miller, Pastor Bruce Lamb (Ardsley UMC), Judy Hammel and Jack Agnew recently returned from Haiti.  Jack Agnew is one of our youth at NUMC and a member of Boy Scout Troop 370.  His service project as he works to earn the rank of Eagle is to supply Sawyer Water filters to villages in Haiti.  The team was able to deliver and train our friends in Furcy with 200 water filters.  Each water filter will provide a family with clean water for approximately ten years.   Thank you for being our ambassadors as you act as God’ Hands on earth.

NUMC Safe Sanctuary Policy 2015 – Final

“Do all the good you can, By all the means you can, In all the ways you can, In all the places you can, At all the times you can, To all the people you can, As long as ever you can.”

~ John Wesley ~

Wesley Covenant Prayer

I am no longer my own, but thine. Put me to what thou wilt, rank me with whom thou wilt. Put me to doing, put me to suffering. Let me be employed for thee or laid aside for thee, exalted for thee or brought low for thee. Let me be full, let me be empty. Let me have all things, let me have nothing.

I freely and heartily yield all things to thy pleasure and disposal. And now, O glorious and blessed God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, thou art mine, and I am thine. So be it. And the covenant which I have made on earth, let it be ratified in heaven. Amen.
