Live Feed of Church Services

We understand that sometimes you just can’t make it to church on Sunday Mornings.  For those rare occasions, we have begun to live-stream our Sunday morning services.

On the right side of this page, under NUMC Links is a new one called, Church Web Cam.  Click on it anytime Sunday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and you will be able to see and hear the entire service.

This camera is only active on Sunday mornings.  So, if you click on it any other time, you might get the message “This Camera is Missing in Action.”  That just means that it is currently turned off.  Come back at 8:30 and you will be able click Play and see what you are missing.

Please note, this camera is not recording any information.  It is simply live-streaming during the service. If you have concerns or questions about the camera or its use, please contact the Church Office and we will arrange for someone to speak with you.

A local gentleman is looking for some  household items.  We helped him years ago and he finds he needs help again.

If you have items you would be willing to donate, please contact Betsy Kraushaar through the church office at 203-426-9998.

Water Filters for Hati

Our mission team of Pastor Lori Miller, Pastor Bruce Lamb (Ardsley UMC), Judy Hammel and Jack Agnew recently returned from Haiti.  Jack Agnew is one of our youth at NUMC and a member of Boy Scout Troop 370.  His service project as he works to earn the rank of Eagle is to supply Sawyer Water filters to villages in Haiti.  The team was able to deliver and train our friends in Furcy with 200 water filters.  Each water filter will provide a family with clean water for approximately ten years.   Thank you for being our ambassadors as you act as God’ Hands on earth.

NUMC Safe Sanctuary Policy 2015 – Final

“Do all the good you can, By all the means you can, In all the ways you can, In all the places you can, At all the times you can, To all the people you can, As long as ever you can.”

~ John Wesley ~

Wesley Covenant Prayer

I am no longer my own, but thine. Put me to what thou wilt, rank me with whom thou wilt. Put me to doing, put me to suffering. Let me be employed for thee or laid aside for thee, exalted for thee or brought low for thee. Let me be full, let me be empty. Let me have all things, let me have nothing.

I freely and heartily yield all things to thy pleasure and disposal. And now, O glorious and blessed God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, thou art mine, and I am thine. So be it. And the covenant which I have made on earth, let it be ratified in heaven. Amen.
