Fall Cleanup at Church
Saturday, October 29 – 7:30 a.m.

This Saturday, the Men’s group will be meeting at the Church to help with Fall Clean up.  Continental breakfast will be provided.

The Trustee’s have several project items that need to be addressed both at the parsonage and around the church campus.  So, we will be taking direction from their ‘To-Do’ list.  Otherwise, I know that we have a degree of landscaping work to be done up at the parsonage.. much like we did with Rev. Sue’s yard.  Hence, bring rakes, shovels, lopers, hedge trimmers, and chainsaws.

Water Filters for Haiti
Jack Agnew is one of our youth at NUMC.  His service project as he works to earn the rank of Eagle is to supply Sawyer Water filters to villages in Haiti. Click on the GoFundMe link below to learn more. You may find it interesting (and certainly feel free to help).

NUMC Safe Sanctuary Policy 2015 – Final

~ John Wesley ~

Wesley Covenant Prayer

I am no longer my own, but thine. Put me to what thou wilt, rank me with whom thou wilt. Put me to doing, put me to suffering. Let me be employed for thee or laid aside for thee, exalted for thee or brought low for thee. Let me be full, let me be empty. Let me have all things, let me have nothing.

I freely and heartily yield all things to thy pleasure and disposal. And now, O glorious and blessed God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, thou art mine, and I am thine. So be it. And the covenant which I have made on earth, let it be ratified in heaven. Amen.
